FUR GLORY

      On my way to work this morning, my eyes caught a glimpse of a bird with a tiny straw of grass it in its beak. Looking a few metres towards the bird's direction was a tree with so many nests hanging on several branches. Meaning the bird was busy building nests.        If you've ever watched a bird build a nest, you must accept with me that it is fascinating. Since its the first time that such a scene spoke to me, I did a quick search on Google to know how long it takes a bird to build a nest. The 2 to 3 articles I saw said it takes 2 days to 2 weeks to build a full nest.         However, What baffles me is not only the time it takes, but the devotion, commitment and intentionality of the bird.  My thought today: My Brother hurts my Indian friend.       While in a conversation with my brother yesterday, i told him that my Indian friend gave me a gift(incense sticks), my brother said "Glory be careful not to start worshipping those their funny Indian gods".      Fortunately or unfortunately for us, my Indian friend who is also our neighbour over heard the conversation and was terribly hurt.  He then asked me 3 questions that break my heart. He asked 1. "In your religion, do you believe in Jesus?" i said "yes, we do". "We believe in Jesus too", he confirmed. He then asked  2. "Do you know the greatest commandment that Jesus gave man"? I said "yes, it is that of LOVE, love of God and Love of man." Then i couldn't answer his final question, he asked 3. Everyone that is on the earth was created for a definite purpose.        You might need a reminder of what purpose means, it means the reason for creation.
